Board Chairman
He was born on 26th October 1960. He attended Corona Schools from 1963 to 1970. He also attended Igbobi College, Lagos between 1971 and 1977. He proceeded to Magdalen College, Oxford and Merton College where he obtained his Law degree. He attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the bar in 1981.
He also obtained Bachelors of Civil Law in 1983. He obtained Master’s Degree in Law in 1986 as well as Doctors of Law from the Oxford University in 1989. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1991.
Prof. Elias became a member, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2004 and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2005. He is also currently a Visiting Professor at Babcock University, Ilishan.

He served in various capacities in the course of his career as follows:

Board Member
Dr. Omo-Eboh was born on 30th June, 1963. He attended king’s College Lagos from 1976 to 1981. He later attended University of Lagos where he obtained LL.B degree in 1984 and he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985.
He attended University of London School of Economics and Political Science where he obtained Masters in Law in 1986. He later obtained his Ph.D. from the same institution in 1990.
He began his legal career as an Associate in the firm of Olaniwun Ajayi and Co in 1986. He also lectured in Commercial and Shipping Law at the London School of Foreign Trade and the University of Buckingham, England from 1989 to 1990. He later became a partner in the firm of O. Omo-Eboh and Co from 1991-2006. He has been a partner at Consolex Legal Practitioners from 2006 till date.
Dr. Omo-Eboh is a member, Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association; member, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London. He is also a Fellow and Chartered Arbitrator, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He is currently the President, Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria.
He has also authored several books and publications which include the Law of Insurance Contracts, Casebook on Insurance Law in Nigeria, The doctrine of subrogation in Insurance, The proper Law of Marine Insurance Contracts in Nigeria, and New Insurance Law in Nigeria Just to mention a few.
He is happily married with Children.

Mr. Sadiq was born on 1st July, 1960 in Ogun State. He attended Archbishop Aggrey Memorial Secondary School, Ilasamaja Lagos where he obtained Secondary School leaving certificate in 1978. He also attended University of Lagos where he obtained LL.B degree in 1984 and he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985.
Mr. Sadiq practiced as a lawyer in the firm of Doja Adewopo and Co in 1987 and he also worked as a part time Lecturer in Business and Company Law at the Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo from 1987 to 1989.
Mr. Sadiq later established his law firm Ademola Sadiq and Co where he practiced as a Commercial and Property Law Consultant from 1993 till date.
He served at the national level as a member of the Ministerial Visitation panel to the Federal Polytechnic, Mubi, Adamawa State. He also served at the State level as member, Lagos Sate Magistracy Reform Committee 2008; member, Lagos State Traffic Management Authority Special Traffic Mayor and also as a member, LOC National Sports Festival (EKO 2012).
He is happily married with Children.

Board Member
She was born on 24th March, 1950. She attended Queens School, Ede where she obtained her WASC. She also attended Ibadan Grammar School for her A/ Levels and the Polytechnic Ibadan where she obtained HND in Accountancy.
Mrs. Williams is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Practitioner. She is a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Mrs. Williams commenced her Political Career as the Supervisor for Works and Housing at Yaba LCDA. She later became the Supervisor for Education and was finally appointed as the Chairman of the Revenue Committee.
She is a Member, Mainland local Government;

Chief Examiner of Chartered Institute of Bankers for over 25 years; and

Managing partner of Adeola Williams & Co (Chartered Accountants).

Mrs. Williams is happily married with children and grandchildren

YEMISI ADEFOLUKE OGUNLOLA graduated from the University of Lagos in 1989, was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1990 and observed her National Youth Service in Oyo State Ministry of Justice. 

She joined the Public Service of Lagos State in October 1994. Her experience in the area of Law making, spans a period of 13 years, beginning with the State Ministry of Justice, then the Lagos State House of Assembly, after which she was deployed to the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) and subsequently Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), where as General Counsel, she had a wide scope of schedule covering general legal advisory, management of commercial transactions, project management and business development amongst others.

Mrs. Yemisi Ogunlola, while in LASTMA, also reviewed the Enforcement procedure through the introduction of the Protocol for Traffic Law Enforcement, and commenced the system of prosecuting traffic law violators, thereby reducing the number of cases in court. 

Mrs. Ogunlola holds a Master’s degree in Legislative Drafting from the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, has attended various trainings and Seminars, and is now the Director in the Directorate of Legislative Drafting in the Ministry of Justice.  

Mrs Ade Adeyemo (Executive Secretary, Law Reform Commission)

Mrs Ade Adeyemo graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte U.S.A in 1983 with a B.A (Hons) in Sociology.
She then read Law at the University of Lagos and was called to the bar in 1990. She cut her teeth in Legal practice at Segun & Segun Legal practitioners from January 1992-1993.
She then proceeded to work at the Lagos State Development & Property Corporation from 1993 to 2001.
She joined the Lagos State Ministry of Justice in 2005 and in 2010 was deployed to the Lands Bureau as the Deputy Registrar of Titles in which capacity she served till 2012 when she was appointed as the Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Law Reform Commission.
